Just wanted to say congratulations! i have only just read your thread and I think your story is really inspiring. Don't worry about the idiots who try to put you down, as others have said they obviously have their own issues.

I am so pleased to hear your news, I have been thinking about you

However as it seems the Council always knew, really from the beginning, that they had a duty to rehouse you it is a shame that they had to put you through so much stress before they got round to it, especially as it now seems that they did in fact have several houses that may be suitable for you. I doubt if this was an unusual couple fo weeks and they had more than usual free.

I hope you get settled in and can put all this behind you. I am sure everything in your life will improve now that you know you have a secure home.

I am sure that your story will help other people looking on here for advice. I did notice that despite your own very difficult situation you still managed to find the time to asnwer other people's posts and try and help them with what you were learning. This is what this site is all about.
