Of course you can view your 18866 itemised bill on line. In fact, you can view the record of an individual call withing a few minutes sometimes!what is like to call mobiles compared with BT or using a mobile to make a call?
You can't get itemised calls on line to check how much your calls are costing, or at least, I haven't managed to get an itemised bill.
Otherwise excellent so far
Login to your account via the 'quick' route - https://www.wxx.nl/18866/logon.asp, enter your full telephone number and account number (tick the box if you're on your own computer so it remembers your customer number) and click Login.
When the screen refreshes, click on Calls since last invoice just below the blue 'Invoices' banner and there you are.30 years, 217 days!0 -
Thanks i'll have a look - thought it might be my shortcomings!
Another one to watch is 070 numbers - 20p per minute
Not sure what BT is for 070 Numbers0 -
There are many variations of 070 numbers and some (on BT) cost as much as 47½p per minute (see HERE). I am sure they're more costly on other carriers. Thanks i'll have a look - thought it might be my shortcomings!

Avoid calling any number which starts 070 appears the best option!30 years, 217 days!0 -
On the subject of itemised calls, I see that 18866 have gone back to listing call prices as £0.0099 - instead of the £0.01 - not that it is making any difference to the actual bill (still showing as a 'round' figure), but wonder why they seem to chop & change? Anyone else noticed?I say what I like, I like what I say!0

Mine says £0.01p ???Shanni0

It depends which route you take to login. On the subject of itemised calls, I see that 18866 have gone back to listing call prices as £0.0099 - instead of the £0.01 - not that it is making any difference to the actual bill (still showing as a 'round' figure), but wonder why they seem to chop & change? If you login via the normal route, you get the £0.01 version.
If, however, you login via this shortcut route, you get the £0.0099 version.30 years, 217 days!0 -
18866 Rocks !
Remember 1899 though - it is the same company, but is cheaper for some calls! To infinity and beyond!0 -
I have now been using 18866 for over a year and recommend them without hesitation.
It is sometimes annoying that they don't have a customer services number direct, but would we all want to pay for that? I think not!Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -
just now received my first billing from 18866 £1.72 for about 6 weeks.
great service, with the odd busy line. but when only paying 1p a call more that happy with it.0 -
Tried their registration and I got an email saying it failed. Tried again to get it again. Possibly because my line has already the billing with tspeak? Sounds strange I should still be able to go through them via the prefix.0
