Just in case you were popping into Harrods to do your weekly shop...if you buy a dozen Krispy Kreme they give you another bakers dozen for free. I'm not saying they'll be as cheap as Asda's donuts...or as in the States...but still free!!!

Here's the good news. An Original Glazed is only 200 calories, for weight watchers that's only 3 and a half points!! That means that I can have 7 a day and still lose weight :j .... in theory.

Trouble is that you just can't stop at one, so yummy.

Just looking at your spending targets - you'd be more accurate if you had your Grocery challenge target as £30 and your pin money target as £250.
