    Hi Nikki,
I know it's not the same, but I had a similar thing when waiting for an appointment for an op on my Jaw. I waited a year, and my original appointment was for 3:eek: . I called them up and just kept pestering them every week until I got a cancellation. I know it can be a pain, but it does work and then they remember you when a cancellation does come up.

Thanks Denise. I dont have the energy to make phone calls myself but OH has been phoning on my behalf. I was just a bit P'd as they had said I'd be seen at the end of may. (they had ran out of funding for the last tax year when I was first referred) OH phoned my docs today and the receptionist says it sounds like an admin error and shes gonna try for us to get it brought forward. Shes also gonna ask about a written diagnosis aswell to help me start a claim. Fingers crossed.

I'm really annoyed  Drove past my local Mr T's last night and they have a massive poster saying 'morrisons £5 vouchers accepted here'   I didnt bother buying the papers as i dont shop in flippin morrisons! I have sent off an 'ever so upset' type email to T's asking why they dont run their own campaign to help out their own long standing, loyal customers or at least let us know in plenty of time when they are hijacking another supermarkets offer, in the hopr that they might take pity on me and send me a voucher anyway. Doubt it tho.

I will get wise to this MOC lark one day

In disgust at T's i stopped at my local spar instead to pick up bread, milk and chocolate this afternoon. Had a lovely lunch out with my friend so cant claim a NSD i'm afraid but i enjoyed the lunch & chat so much it was worth every penny!

Thanks for all the wishes and also for the tips about what to take in hospital. I have crohns disease and all medication has not worked so the op is the last straw. I will be left with a bag after the op so that will take some getting used to. Especially with my 3 little angels!!!

    281273-hugs to you.

Saving for travel. I must be really slow a I hadn't even thought it stood for her birthday until you mentioned it. :D

Am have curry and rice for dinner with DS and DD and wondered if someone could confirm if I can 'reheat' the spare rice so DH can have it when he gets home. Thanks

Sure I read about it somewhere that it was alright as long as I leave it to cool down but would just like to make sure. Don't want to poison my DH especially not when it is my birthday tomorrow :D

I have a breadmaker shoved in a cuboard somewhere, i can't be doing with it at all. I can get 4 x 2lb loaves done much faster, than it takes my breadmaker to produce 1 with a hole in the bottom :D .
