Last month it came out on 2nd May so I was expecting it today as the 2nd working day of the month.
Perhaps the accounting is done in Dublin (a lot of accounting seems to be done in Dublin) as it was a public holiday there yesterday.0 -

I'm thinking of booking a cruise soon, but I'm a bit scared about 'falling off the edge' if there's a big gust of wind.... seeing as the world is flat and all. Perhaps I'll give it a miss and find somewhere with a nice sandy beach that I can bury my head in.
Just wait till Christmas / New year when there are prezzies to buy, the credit cards are maxed and big fuel bills are looming. Then tell me the HPC is 'losing momentum'.0 -

You missed the point totally boycey. You won't be the only ftb to fall foul of the coming trap.0 -

I am not an FTB. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt, sold up, pocketed the profit, bought a nice pad abroad. Now just waiting for a sensible time to re-enter the UK market - current estimate of 'sensible' would be about 2.5 to 3 years time.0 -

Mr Broderick can you give any evidence to back up you statements at all? I think you know the truth and no matter now many positive basless comments you put it won't change a thing.
No but I can, prices have only corrected by a few %, it wont be long now before GB gets the country going again with at least a 0.5% cut in interest rates very soon:j :j0 -

He sure will! .... In pixie land where the magic fairies live :rotfl:--
Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.0 -
Don't you think it's all relative? If you sell for less and you're in the market for another property, the likelihood is that you will pay less than you would have done before the slow down for the property you are looking at buying. Well, here's hoping anyway as that's the position I'm currently in.0
