    True, maybe I should just call it a day on this thread. I guess I should know better then to let someone get to me over the Internet.

    IM NOT GETTING AT YOU...I just said maybe you should clear all your debt before you think about buying a house, i can see now you are just a spectator and have no intention of buying so i am sorry ok? Geez...

    Kristian - don't worry Mr.Baldrick is the resident biff. He says the most outlandish thing he can to get people to reply to his posts. i.e. having a go at someone about debt on a moneysaving site...

    Keep going on here there are a lot of decent helpful people that will save you plenty of money with their advice and posts.
    Keep the right company because life's a limited business.

    Kristian just out of interest do you not have a student loan? Or do you have 6k student loan.

    I'd say your debts are low compared to how students these days come out with... 18-25k student loans (owed to government).

    I have a 6K loan. Which simply paid for the fee's. (which is why I have listed it on my debts)
    Debt : 10500 MNBA CC =£3000 EGG CC =£1500 Overdraft = £1500 Loan = £6000
    LBM2 = May 08 - The internet is not serious business :)

    i find that on message boards ignoring trolls/bullys is far more effective than responding... unlike in real life... especially as without editing rights, threads that are blown out of the water, are much less liable to be read if they end in a flame war...

    so getting back to the point... we have yet to see any convincing evidence for a price fall of 5% but lots for a price fall of around 15% y on y, and 25-30% over two years, or any evidence that the hpc is indeed losing momentum
