BARGAIN XEROX COLOUR NETWORK LASER PRINTER?

I've just ordered the Xerox Phaser 6110vn + Free Toner Bundle from Insight for £88.10 including VAT & delivery. It's a considerable promo offer, given the spec & normal price elsewhere (eg. £132.44 on Amazon for the networked version, £115 for the non-network version from Amazon or Pixmania). The 2000-page free bundled black toner can normally set you back anywhere from £30 to £50 from online dealers alone.

At the time of writing there are 39 bundles left in stock, or 123 printers without the free black toner (the printer itself comes with enough black for 1500 pages & the 3 colour toners for 700 pages anyway). For the amount of printing I intend to do, the toners won't set me back much over time, and I'll still look for best deals online (eg. see topinks & refilltoner links below).

It's a compact, colour, network laser printer, and after looking at reviews & prices elsewhere I'm convinced you can't get one this good any cheaper. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE NON-NETWORK VERSION (Xerox Phaser 6110) - which itself is still more expensive elsewhere.

I've already had a Samsung ML1750 mono laser printer for some years now (was under £100 from www.savastore.com at the time). It's been great, a really reliable, fast & compact printer, and I've bought toner refils online for £10 (3000 pages worth) instead of the £50+ cartridges. Very easy to refil this printer. I got my refils from www.topinks.co.uk but there's also www.refilltoner.com

As my ML1750 isn't networkable, I've had it shared through an old PC which is now playing up & I'm tired of having to boot that PC just to print anyway. So I'm getting a cheap printer server for it instead, using an Amazon voucher I recently won from an online competitions site ;)

We went down the route of a Samsung ML1510 mono laser for £50 quid 3-4 years ago and still going strong, use refill on the cartridge 2-3 times and then buy a new cartridge.

Also have a Xerox 6100N colour laser, brilliant, only use it for colour and costs seem to beat what i was paying for ink jets which kept dying.
