Saturday 5th July
Things have gone a bit to poo and I'm not sure what to do
As you may remember, the OR said she was going to freeze the cashmindere accounts we set up before going BR and we should open new ones. I did so, informing my employer, ex husband and child benefit of the new number for all of the moneys to go into.
I have still not received my card for this account - spoke to the Co-op last week who said it would be coming. This morning I logged into the Co-op and that account has been frozen  Have spoken to them, and they can't get a straight answer out of the accounts department, but they think it may have been frozen in error.
The weird thing is there is a debit on this account for yesterday of the exact sum I had left after transferring the amount I needed to pay into the joint account. How does the OR operate? Can they take money out of your bank accounts?Including the ones you are operating out of now?
To make things even more complex, I can still see activity on the previous cashminder account set up. And a chunk of money was transferred out of there yesterday as well. I can't get any details on these debits at all, but I know it wasn't me because (a) I haven't used that account since I was told to leave it alone and (b) I don't have a card for the new account so can't do anything from it
Do you think the OR has moved the money? I have my interview on Monday but want to know where I stand because obviously if these two accounts have been mixed up I need to sort it out. And Co-op can't help as their accounts department just keep saying that they have been instructed to put a block on it, even though there is a note on the (new) account saying the OR has no interest in it.
Am feeling very frustrated, and a bit headachy. What do I do?!Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Afraid not a lot merry. Sounds like, cause the OR had put a block on previous acc, the bank are now being over cautious in freezing that one as well. You will just have to bide your time till monday. May actually put you in a better position in regards the interview,as if she had not been such a pain in the first place non of this would have happened. Sorry merry i really think it is bad on both sides.DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
