Yeah - it was odd - his form was stamped 10 minutes before mine, so he's had his phone calls first, and his interview first as well, poor sod!! Wednesday 2nd July
Been hiding quite a bit recently, but finally got my head out of the concrete bucket and got out the letter from the OR.
This evening's recipe:
* add to a folder as many statements as could be found following the house move that seemed to eat paperwork :rolleyes:
* chop up and add several chopped up credit and cheque guarantee cards
* a sprinkling of signed forms saying yes, I have been an idiot,
* last but not least the one payslip I can find after filing all of them away religiously for the last umpteen years :eek:
Lob huge elastic band around the whole thing, and there you have OR Pie!!!
Have asked H to take it with him to his interview on Friday :A, so I don't need to try and post this huge parcel of paperwork - goodness knows how big it would have been if I had had all the paperwork!! :eek:
Do I feel better for having done that? No, not really but I also know where I am at the moment is because this is the 'next muted phew' - come Monday afternoon I should have a better idea of what is going to happen with regard to IPOs, the car, etc and I can get back into planning mode.

Hello all :hello: If I didn't laugh, I would be rocking back and forth in a corner :eek:
Missed a phone call from OR's Assistant - instant panic mode!! Is she calling cos I haven't sent in huge parcel in time?!!Nope, she rang to tell me that there was activitiy on my former current account and it looks as though my child benefit has been paid into there!! She was really helpful, just said to get her a fax number and she will contact them to arrange for me to have access to those funds!! :j
Instant phone call to Child Benefit people who are experiencing a high level of phone calls (no !!!!!! sherlock :rolleyes:) to find that although they got the email informing them of change of account details, they said it was too late to make the change before the payment was made. Any future payments will be going into the correct account, so major phew!
