Well H should be in there by now. Before he left this morning I gave him a huge hug, told him to be upfront and honest, not to waffle, and not to talk while the person was writing stuff down. OMG if I feel this pants waiting to hear how his went, how the heck am I gonna cope with mine?!!! :eek:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

when your OH tells you how well it went, you will feel more confident and calmer about the experience."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

Hey guys. H has gone out for the evening but promises faithfully to update you all on his interview tomorrow. Sounds like it went well, and as mine is with the same person on Monday by telephone apparently it should be shorter as much of the information she already has. Thanks for all the good wishes - much appreciatedGet free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Friday 4th July 2008
One OR interview over, one to go.Gonna do some work on my reasons for wanting my car to be exempt.
(i) I work 8 - 12, five days per week. Two days a week I drop the youngest DD at nursery at 8 a.m., which means I am 'late' for work and have to work later to make up the time. I collect her every day. She has to be collected from nursery by 1 p.m. otherwise we are charged a late fee. The latest I can leave work to get there on time is 12.30. It takes roughly an hour to get from my workplace to her nursery by bus, allowing for bus schedules, etc.
(ii) I am suffering from 2 slipped discs, which means I have a severe mobility problem. Walking, sitting, driving, standing - all of these things cause varying amounts of pain, and although I am on various painkillers they merely keep the pain at bay, they do not completely alleviate it.
(iii) I am under specialist care to deal with my slipped discs. My specialist is reluctant to perform surgery due to the impact it would have on my life, and also the fact that I am managing my pain effectively. My next appointment with my Speclalist is on Wednesday 9th July 2008 and if required I hereby give written permission for you to contact him.
Does this sound ok or is it not factual enough? Any help appreciated guys :beer:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
