    Yep and its back dated.I have similar problem as I worked all hours O/T and now thinks I'll get hammered.A recent post stated that they had gone back 6 months.I'll see if I can find it

    When you say IVA for nil tax rate what do you mean, not as in an IVA .. as Merry is going br not taking out and IVA I am more confused now.

    Hang on a mo Dez-Titute how can they backdate a NT code IPA as the tax man had already taken it, so if the OR wants it he would have to go to them for it:confused:

    Something doesnt make sense here, i have to admitt i didnt have to worry about it and havnt read that closely but i was under the impresion the nt tax code was from BR date till end of tax year which i just assumed was for the reason above:confused:
    Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

    So it's not backdated, but it IS based on your salary for the previous six months by the look of it. Ok, thanks Dez :beer:
