Well b*gger me
Just spoken to the tax people. They have already processed my refund, so it will be hitting my account sometime this week. Just over £1,000.
So, will the O.R. let me keep it, or am I safe in assuming it will just be taken straight away again?!Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Hi Merry - I have been following your tale for the last few days - I am horrified that you have to go thru all this. I have never had this kind of bad luck but I really wanted to just put my two pence in and wish you all the best for tomorrow. As for KreditKruncher - well I think I can picture him - I've come across his sort but I guess I had better hold my tongue. Good Luck, it seems you have dozens of us routing for you. Got to help!member # 12 of Skaters Club

Merry how are you paying for the BR cannot you not use £500 from this refund to at least lose £500 of it? And surely with the move you need this money for other essential things? not much help from me I know. I have a similar problem need to get into my thead and ask about it, not tax though, tax credits.
Only one more night to go and you will be there Merry. Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0 -

Hi Mg,
You will almost certainly be put on an IPA for nil rate tax.Not sure at what point it starts you need to do some research,Maybe someone knows the answer, when /if you find out let me know.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it hasn't hit my account yet so not in time to be able to take it out tomorrow to pay at court. It was lovely to know I got it back, even if just for a very little while!! :rolleyes:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
