    Oh dear!

OK... if your son can tell me which programs you (might) have that can deal with spreadsheets I'll see about uploading a format that you can use. Even if I can't do it there'll be someone among us who can hand me a suitable format to upload for you and, of course, anyone else who doesn't have an excel compatible program.

Hi, squeaky. We have microsoft works spreadsheet and we have managed to bring up the meal planner using this but it comes up with loads of errors. If there is anything you can do to help that would be great.

Hmm... I don't think my program will save in a format suitable for Works. Hang on while I check ...

    ...

    Nope. Sorry.

So can anybody else download the excel file and then save it in a format suitable for Microsoft Works please?

You'd need to email it to me so that I can upload onto the page.

    TYIA :)

    Oo-er!! None!

If you tried a download (?) maybe you could try "Open with" instead and then see if it will save directly out of your program.

In the meantime I'll check again (sigh :)) that it all downloads and saves OK. It did for me but then I'm not using Excel to grab it. Not that this should make any difference.

Edit: I downloaded it and saved to disk with no problem. Loaded it up from disk and then saved it again with no problem. And it opens direct from the web page and saves again with no problem. I'm sorry but I don't know how to help you. I know that Lotus has a problem with Excel sheets...

hi - this sounds a great idea, but I can't view it as I have not got excel - just microsoft works spreadsheet, like Liz 9.

If anyone can help, that would be fantastic. Really appreciate it.

I've just been through the whole download routine with Firefox and IE6 and had no problems and then the spreadsheet loaded into my Office Suite and saved again with no problems.

I'm at a loss as to how to help you.

What program are you opening the spreadsheet with?
