Magazine subscriptions for £1

I subscribed to this magazine offer a while ago and received the Body Shop butters, cancelled the sub with no problems. The butters are great; three different sizes and the largest is very large . Well worth the effort IMO.

I don't hold much hope for getting the body shop gifts. If I thought there was a chance I would allow the first subscription of £11.99 to go through but judging by other peoples experience this is as likely as my daughters rocking horse taking a 'dump'!

When you go to the subs page for this offer it just says free addidas set, do you definately get the rimmel stuff too?

Hi can some1 help me please...

I took up the offer for What Car mag 3 issues for £3 (i think or £1)... Anyway i received a letter asking for around £8.70 for my next issues? I dont want to continue so i just canceled there D/D with online banking as soon as they took the inital 3 copies payment and i thought that was the end of it? Please can some let me know as i dont want any more at that price. I just wanted the 3 for £3 etc... i also took up mens health will i be getting a letter from them soon as well?

The letter was requesting i set up a d/d again so they could take payment for the £8.70 (WHICH I DONT WANT TO PAY)

will they keep sending me issues and keep me in arrears??? Please help some1.

Make sure you give them a call to let them know you dont want it and that you have cancelled DD. I personally feel thta keeps it all straight with everyone knowing what is going on so no confusion.

I have just been sent an email for the Now subscriptipon people. I have cancelled my sub now but am still waiting for the Body Butters. I am now being told that they have run out and that another gift is being arranged! I can't believe this as I emailed them a few weeks ago and they said that they did have some left and that I just had to wait the 28 days delivery to get it. Oh what a pain, can anyone remember the value the body butters were quoted as being? Just wanna make sure I get an equivalent gift!!

Still waiting for mine as well. Emailed over a month ago and was told the freebie would arrive within 28 days! :rolleyes: Looks like time for another email!
