Ring them up and ask them why, have you got details of the original offer? Might be handy.

    say thanks ;)

If you hadn't said that I would have! It's not going to make people thank you, it'll bug them resulting in them not thanking you! :rotfl:

I just had to add to this. Lately, it seems to me that "Thanks" is the new black! ;)

It used to be that peeps would be in a kinda contest to see who could make the largest number of posts (even if it meant posting quick replies to say 'hi' or 'thanks')........But now there is a new thing - in the form of "Thanks" awarded to members for making a useful/relevant/kind/informative/whatever post.

I've seen loads of peeps specifically asking for "Thanks" at the end of their post. It makes me smile.

Are we all so insecure that we need the reassurance of a big warm hug of "Thanks" from a stranger? ABSO-BLOOMIN-LUTELY!!!! :p

(Please don't take any offence from my comments - they're not directed at any particular person - are purely innocent and tongue-in-cheek!!)

In the event that I get flamed for my last post I'd better make up for it by posting something useful!!

Just received the latest Essentials mag (new small-size format) and there are details of a great freebie on page 166-7.

Pay £4.77 for a quarterly subsrciption (cancel at any time) and receive £21 worth of Andrew Collinge goodies:

    250ml Simply No Frizz Shampoo
    250ml Simply No Frizz Conditioner
    100ml Simply No Frizz Straightener
(stick) Simply No Frizz Straight & Shine Gloss
(sachet) 1 minute wonder deep conditioning treatment
150ml Simply No Frizz Curl Scrunching Gelle (their spelling, not mine!)

    Subscribe online at:

    www.essentialsmagazine.com/iesah

    Or by telephone: 0845 676 7778 quoting code 37D

(I think the web link may not be active yet cos the mag is not in shops yet, but persevere)

Hope this is of interest to someone.
