I just called to subscribe to Now magazine and was told the first payment of £1 would be taken from my account in about a week and after my 6 issues I would then pay the regular price. I should expect to receive my body butters within 28 days (didn't someone say the first 6 issues were free ? )

Huh? The first 6 issues ARE supposed to be free. I've had 2 so far and the DD is supposed to go out early June. Dunno what's going on; maybe they've had so many subs (ahem :o ) that they've started charging a pound straight away?

BTW I'm really not impressed with the magazine and there's no way I'll be paying for it!

Hi, Has anyone had the Easyliving replacement gift through yet? Replacing the Nivea offer? I emailed them to ask what it was and the response was "sorry I don't know"!?!

You get 8 free issues of Nuts but you have to give over your dd details. They will charge you £15.30 about a month after you sign up, so you will have only received 4 or 5 issues by then.

So.. what to do - either cancel with them by phone or email before this date and pocket the 4 or 5 free issues, or cancel after and get 8 free issues but have to wait for them to re-credit your bank a/c

Whatever you do you will get over £20 worth of original source goodies for free!! :)
