            I think voicemail abroad is the biggest rip off, charging you £1.50 a minute to answer the call for you, how stupid is that!!
I don't have voicemail for that reason but many people are not aware they get charged whether they answer the call or not abroad if they have voicemail on.0 - 
            would love to hire a room for an hour, invite some reps from timeshare, mobile phone, claimforblame type agents, and maybe some estate agent for good meaure..

            The problem with cpw is that the basic is very poor 9k for sales. A lot like car sales. Manager only get 14.6k So bonus is the only way to go.
A 12 month t mob upgrade is available in cpw. We get paid the same commission as a new contract for a upgrade we dont churn onto o2???Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?0 -

The amount of retention people I have spoken to at TMobile who have all said that one of their biggest problems is CPW and 4U trying to buy out customers contracts in their last couple of months to switch them to a different provider.
Also, it is only recently that you get paid the same for upgrades as new connections, with the new commission structure.
Also their was the debacle with the Iphone Launch and pushing Insurance at the same price as the monthly line rental.
When CPW pay their staff a decent wage with no commission, and an end of year bonus per store, they can say that they are impartial.
Unfortunately the lifestyle at Dunstone Towers demands more income.0
