Are the Barclays letters both addressed to the same person/people? There's no chance they have just sent both of you a letter (one each, I mean) about the charge because it's a joint account or something, is there? Fingers crossed it's nothing to worry about.

Yes it was good news in one way but has left a very bitter taste. managing director was pretty reasonable esp when i said " but why would i carry on working for a company that has treated me that way." just wish he'd give me the week off to think!!!

Snaggles, both letters addressed to Mr & Mrs.....oh well, it is not as though they are anything unusual in the Hypno household......and our overdraft facilities are only £200 per account, so even if they called them in it wouldn't be drastic.....

Talking of cashback - I should have £288 coming in from quidco next week!! I am loving August already!!! If only every month was this good......:rolleyes: It certainly does make a difference to the wellbeing!

HI everyone - I've finished my bedroom - it looks soooooooooo goooooood even if I say it myself. Not going to use till DH gets home Saturday though so that it still ooks clean and fresh etc etc.

Right off swimming then to work then going out to see Mamma Mia as its cheap Tuesday at the pictures and I'm being treated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well 2 letters were just bank statements.....and the other was the usual "you are over your limit so because we want to help you control your finances, we are charging you £30" type thing.....nothing more exciting or dreadful than that!

DD got her GHDs today -and has spent ages straighening her hair.......so much so she "forgot" to tidy the lounge :rolleyes:
