Hi Hypno, how is it going with the food challenges? I find i am looking every which way to cut corners..and everything at the back of the cupboard is getting used!
been some very good meals too i have to say. Just made no knead breadx2 and HM yoghurt.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hi all! The food challenge is going ok - sticking to the meal plan, and using what we have in the cupboards to make things stretch further - Mr T is delivering tomorrow evening so we will be fine for the next couple of weeks I'm sure!
Final ebay parcel of the week was sent today on receipt of a postal order....I have not had a postal order since I was about 5........so have to work out what to do with it
Snaggles - I am very pleased you have put in the order for sunshine in late August as I have a week off work.......:DSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Can't help on the postal order as I don't know what to do with them myself.Glad your grocery challenge is working out for you. It's amazing what we learn to make from just a few bits isn't it?0

Yes, the order was for the whole of the UK, so feel free to bask in it at my expense"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Thanks Snaggles
Yes, the grocery thing will hopefully make a good difference - but I am still concerned that I cannot stick to a budget - not because I don't try hard enough, but because I am sure someone comes along and changes the numbers when I am asleepSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. She can't sleep as she coughs so much which makes her ears hurt. Been to the docs today so hopefully antibiotics will soon kick in. She is only 3 seems to young to be having tonsilitus bless her.
