Another week here, another week closer to payday......... , and the children are moving into the last few days of school........and 6 bloomin weeks off!!!

    Today's list reads like this
    • work
    • free b!ngo 6-8pm
    • dinner - something with chicken
    • input a mystery shop
    • cancel another one because the staff will recognise me!
    • check on ebay/amazon and try and list a couple more things
    • check throughout the day for new mystery shops
    • do online banking and mark off against dreaded "bills still to pay" list!
That'll do, in my sleepy state!

Just seen on the bbc news that the true rise in the cost of living is 5 x the official rate......no wonder people are struggling so much.

Have a good day, and don't forget the sunscreen.

Good morning Hypno. I've just seen your references to a stressful time, I haven't read the weekend's posts so I don't know what's happened but I hope you're OK and I'm sending some big hugs. I'm also posting you that parcel today - sorry it took a while to get round to it.

    Take care of yourself

Hi Seaxwyn.....yes a couple of horrid days, but hopefully moving on now!

Thanks for sorting out the parcel - I still can't get into DS's room without taking out additional life insurance.......but I should be able to sort out a "return parcel" at the weekend!!

Hi folks, just checking in. Hypno, hope its okay today for you, and that online banking doesn't give you too many nasty moments. ***** to cancelling a mystery shop, bah! And I hope you win every game of free bingo you play. I'm doing 2 mystery shops myself today, one that I've only done once, and one that I've never done ever ever, so it will be interesting to see..... take care. xx

  • Hypno - just checking in to let you know that the Payday UK cashback has been received in my Quidco account today (as have many others posting on the Quidco thread). Usually that means I receive a couple of days later, so hope the same for you and it helps ease your time to pay day.

Surfbabe - 999  Hope everything is ok

Not yet ventured onto online banking.....saving that until after I have finished my double strength latte.......(got a freebie from my loyalty card!)....

.....but in good news.....pay day loans have paid out on quidco - so that is another £140 (OH and I both had the "need" for a payday loan - oh how ironic that may yet prove to be!) which will hit my bank account in August....plus £25 from Jaxx has been received, so when added to my legal and general money, that is £275 which will arrive in a couple of weeks from quidco.....most welcome, and very very freeeeeee!!!!!

If only quidco had paid out in July instead of August..... Ah well, can't complain.
