Oh it makes perfect sense to me, doodledo........and it is what keeps me plodding on with the debt busting.

Once I am not tied to these monthly payments to the debts, we will be quite well placed to

a) save up for a bigger deposit
b) start reducing the existing mortgage, thereby "showing willing"
c) afford new higher payments which will be inevitable for the house of our dreams.

To this end, I have just amended my snowball, now that I know what my monthly basic income is (forget the fact that OH has no idea what he will be doing.....will cross that bridge when we come to it!) and what I realistically think I can make in the challenges etc, and it knocks 5 months off the DFD bringing it to June 2010.

That would be fab fab faberooony..........I am determined........I am a woman on a mission.......world watch out :rotfl:

That's great Hypno..have I read right that even without your DH earning you will be debtfree 5 months earlier?...that's fantastic..(sorry for being thick I'm tired)

Oh, taxi, he WILL be earning......what he will be doing is anyone's guess......but there is NO chance on this earth that he will NOT be earning......or else:rotfl:

Have submitted some more mystery shops - just two more to go.
Have cleared about £50 profit from seeing clients this morning.
Sent DD into the cinema to get the car park ticket validated for free parking, even though we didn't go to the cinema

I have just placed a matched bet......not the best odds, but I have spent long enough trying to find decent ones, so ended up just getting what I could. Should still have £30 profit though, so not complaining too much!

Phew - mystery shopping questionnaires all submitted - how tedious did THAT become by the end of the project :rolleyes:

Oh well, I have three different ones for next week so at least I will be answering a different set of questions

hi Hypno, sorry to hear about your OH but your family and yourself a real example to us all. I'm still a bit too chicken to try matched betting, that and possibly having to lay out some money to draw the funds out.

I'm glad i'm not the only one to be playing with a spreadsheet today, i've got my first, almost, normal pay so i can see what the basic will be.

Blimey Hypno - I take my eye off the boards for a few days and all this happens! Well don to My Hypno for sticking to his principles - not always easy at the best of times - especially not easy when you don't know where the next pay cheque is coming from. I am sure he will find something else - you are both so determined and it is great that you are together in all this. Could even be that it will be a turning point where something much better appears - here's hoping.

In the mean time your extras and all that hypno energy should keep you going.

Wow, how rare is this? Hypno didn't post before she went out? I think you were being mummy taxi today, is that right hypno? Well, I hope you've taken your laptop and your dongle with you, hopefully we'll see you on today. Absolutely fantastic news about the dfd, I was wondering the same as taxi, and then she asked the qu right away - I'm sure OH will be earning soon, he's a do-er, isn't he. Hope you can relax a bit today too, in addition to all the other stuff.
