    I eat lots of green veg and salad, so I still get my 5 (ish) a day.

    Obviously........I go through phases of carb overload......it is impossible for a girl to go without cake and biscuits for ever.

    Carbs don't kill me, so I can eat them, I have a yeast allergy, and the carbs feed the yeast and make me very very uncomfortable and lethargic. So if I can manage without them, I should.......

    Can't you have wheat free type carb stuff? A lot of that is yeast free

    i love mine as well i have so much to do to it...it really is in a bit of a mess but i love it i never plan on leaving ...well i did plan on going to australia to live but hubby's health has put paid to that so i plan on living in this house till they cart me out in an eco friendly box....just thought i would share

    Gemmz, no - the carbs themselves are "sugar" which feed the yeast which make the problem worse.

    The yeast has to be starved of sugar in order to stay under control.

    I have put a bet on eurovision - £1 for Ukraine to win, and £1 for Russia to win......prob just said goodbye to £2 :rotfl:
