    Like others have said I'd have a look in the local countryside for elderflowers, but if you do want to grow your own the best place to get help is on the greenfingered board so I've moved your thread across.

    Sadly it is illegal to sell wine.

    The flowers - well, they would have to sell immediately, or they smell really revolting!!!!

    bump - I see they are in flower everywhere now. Has anybody tried making coridal - I'm drinking some now but I'd love to have a go at making it myself.
