was in quite a bit of discomfort rather than pain, and my stomach is still doing the tightening, but i would rather see a sign of proper labour. I've put my PJ bottoms on in case it is just my jeans being too tight on my stomach (you never know do you  )
and it is still doing it. We've decided to get on with cooking dinner, and then do normal evening stuff as it could turn out to be nothing still, or hopefully not slow labour.
I keep walking around and i have made myself a hot water bottle anyway, and DH has made me a cuppa and started dinner (stir fry). I think i will then have a bath, and just take it easy, and see how i get on.
I'll keep you all up to date anyway, and i have told DH to log onto my facebook and leave an update and a piccie once it happens anyway.
Keep entertaining me with tales of your day anyway - supply staff do get it rough. I know we ended up taking a boy who had fired a pellet gun at a supply teachers bum, so his school expelled him and we took him. That was when he was in year 7. He is surprisingly one of the better ones now he's in y11. The same supply teacher then came to our school, and one of my form threatened to firebomb her car. This same boy would do anything for me. It is a pure opportunistic lack of respect, and should be discouraged strongly from a young age. I even had that sort of attitude this year when i did cover lessons as some kids hadn't seen me around school, so didn't know i was a real teacher. I soon sorted that out.mudbath kick some butt.
lil-me keep doing it for you hun. You will get there. DH can suit himself.
Anyway, dinner almost ready. Going to get myself sorted a bit so things are more grabbable than current. Will get DH to bring stuff downstairs i think.

*chucks treats to.... Raphael... cos she will moan if I don't...
.. and a second one for raphael to spoil her weightloss and for doing her list yesterday too!!*
If I put on this week I'm blaming you!!:D
Don't you just hate it when you're told someone will turn up at such and such a time and they don't?
Yes, I find it so rude. Like the guy who said he wanted a test drive, then never called. It annoys me at work too when the managers say they are going to do something, then don't.
I hate people who promise things when they know full well they aren't gunna deliver.
Well I just got back from the gym, I was all excited for my first running session, but I got down there to find both the instuctor, and the substitute instructor off sick  so I just did my usual routine in the gym.
Next week, unless I can swap my shift, I won't be able to go. My leg was aching after my set so a rest day due for me tomorrow.
Right I'm off to sort me out some dinner, faggots 'n' mash I think

Evening all and huge hugs to so many of you, life can be a struggle for us flyladies sometimes.
Michelle I felt like you describe with DS2 I had tightenings on and off all day getting more and more frequent. I had 4 weeks to go so just thought it was BH until they got to 3 minutes apart and the midwife at the hospital told me in no uncertain terms to get my butt into the hospital. That was my best of the 3 deliveries, I had him 2 hours after getting there. Good luck
Mudbath - that is awful what you saw in school - you are right to see the head. I've had my invigilation timetable through and I have 17 exams to do in the next 6 weeks, some will no doubt be a challenge!
Can't be bothered to do anything else - have done very little today. Planning on meeting a friend tomorrow so not sure how I'll fair tomorrow either. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

:DGood then I won't panic if you vanish. I'm not always getting chance to post at the mo but do try to read some when I take a break.
Thanks soappie for the hug, I'm no saint, definately not, probably a mug would be a better description  I think especially after this which has upset me (had my cry so it's done) I need to be putting me first a bit more. I'm going to discuss with him if he's dropping out of the OU course completely and if he is what he's going to do to make it so I get sufficient study time, if he's sticking with it same applies. At the minute he barely lifts a finger and I can't play supermum, most helpful/supportive partner in the world and study all at the same time. I can't cope with being this stressed all the time. I must also rebook the hairdressers appointment (was supposed to be tomorrow) because I am sick of moving my hair all of the time. One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
hugs to all especially lil-me and michelle.
i feel so much better. my friend is a govenor at the school and they're having a big meeting tomorrow night. she suggested a strongly worded letter to the head and to the govenors and then it will definitely get looked into. so far i've sent both an email and they'll be hard copies of the letter on relevant desks tomorrow. i've also found out that two children have left the school because of behaviour, one teacher is making a complaint tomorrow about not being backed up on discipline and at least 6 parents have gone in to complain this week. me thinks there is a problem!!!! xx0 -
