I couldn't care less what the manufacturer's mileage says, I have no idea what Mobil 1 recommend.
Erm yes it did tell me actually, you don't need to be a genius to differentiate between new oil and old when the engine starts making more noise at a given mileage.
Maybe I should send it off for analysis to check the metal content of the used oil. I'm quite sure that would confirm my thoughts.0 -
