Undercharged By Kennels Now They Want Money

Bertie I have to agree with you...
Personally I'd find it VERY bad service to be called after I'd payed and asked for more money - especially as I guess the total bill was quite significant as it was a long period and there were 2 dogs? Did they give you a bill at the time of collection? something itemised?
My local kennel which I use in emergencies (prefer leaving her with friends where I know she has fun) are pretty good I have to say. They tell you upfront what the cost is and so long as you pick up on the agreed date (they know flight delays etc can happen) then that is what you pay. I usually add a wash on her last day so she's nice and clean hehe and they will even do that timed so she's ready when I come and collect her.
Anyway I digress...
At the very least I would write to them and ask them for a full itemised breakdown of charges and explain why they feel you owe them any outstanding amount as you paid the agreed amount immediately on collection of your dogs.DFW Nerd #025DFW no more!
