    What a lovely gesture.

I'm not a knitter and neither is anyone I know (shame as I really wanted a knitted Tardis and Dalek too!!!)

However - Is it just wool that you need or could you put out an appeal for woollen items such as jumpers to reuse the wool? or would that not work for your purpose?

Just thinking aloud that not many people have wool, but everyone has jumpers hidden in wardrobes.

Sorry to hear about your accident drifter.

I just wanted to say thank you to yourself and anyone else who may read this that knits for SCBU and Prem Babies.

My twins were born 8 weeks early at a size of 3lb 6ozs and 2lb 12ozs.

They were so tiny and the first time I saw them was lieing in the incubator with little woolen hand knitted bonnets on.

An image that will stay with me for the rest of my life and a greatfulness to whoever knitted those bonnets for keeping my girls warm while they were quite literally fighting for their lives.

10 Months on and the girls are now fighting fit and crawling/standing and getting into everything. Whenever I see their smile all I can think of is the outstanding care that SCBU gave and that with out people like yourselves donating these clothes that you give your time for knitting they would have found it a lot harder to fight.

So thank you again for everything you are doing and keep on knitting knit.gif

heaven the insurance will deal with that tranny van driver he hit me that hard that the gap over the wheel arch was shut to the door.
it is like a little production line for little peeps how ironic i had just been too main sorting po to get a bag of wool a mill had sent me+15 mins later in bad trouble myself lol
i have located a special baby care unit not far from me and i can,t wait to give them everything and as i am enjoying doing it i am going to keep on going,as long as big mills keep donating, friends donate+yes i do cave in when i go out i ALWAYS i,ll just get 1 more big ball lol
