Nope - cash machines don't give them out at all, at least as far as I know. The 2 places where they crop up the most are at banks (for large sums of cash over the counter) and casinos.
Ah OK. Since I've never used a casino, and probably haven't got cash out of the bank over the counter for at least 30 years, that would explain why I never see one!

    Thanks

Really easy - just open it up in Paint and then use the click-and-drag function to select the area you want gone and hit the 'delete' key - at least that's what I did :)

You will if you have Windows - it comes with it, and'll be under "Accessories" in the start menu. If you've got an Apple Mac, I imagine they'll have an equivalent.

yea yea - and you're called Sir Richard are you? The Bull !!!!!! giveaway was the Centurion card........ somehow me thinks someone with that level of card would NOT be seen on here!

Any user can upload a photo - load it to imageshack get the link and on here, create new message where you see the box with a cliff on it, click this and drop the link in it..... image will appear.....

Just quickly if you can, please tell me how you got the card, what the limit is, what benefits there are to you in the UK and best of all, how did you get it - did you apply online or go in branch?

To others, please don't answer these questions - they are deliberate.... cheers

Edit - he has posted proof in fairness: http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/32/img5474.jpg
