Buildings insurance

Options
If I switch my building insurance, who do I need to inform?

Is it just the mortgage company?

    I think so. You are supposed to have the mortgage company's interest noted on the buildings insurance policy.

    ^as above: some mortgage companies wish to be declared as an 'interested party' on the policy (mine do): so yes, just the mortgage company will suffice :)
