Washer/Dryer

I'd recommend a washer-dryer every time! The only way that you can load your washing in the morning, then have it clean and dry when you get back from work.

I had an Indesit condenser washer-dryer (above) and found it fine - yes, it takes a while to dry and yes, the clothes are hot when you first take them out... and I wouldn't recommend putting suit jackets inbut it did the job. It was also the first one I'd had with a moisture detector in there, and different settings for how dry you wanted the clothes.

Hi, I have recently got one of these, do you clothes come out really creased? Mine do, even if I get them out as soon as the drying cycle has finished. Some are so bad I can't even get them out with the iron!! Got any tips?
Thanks

Hi - Just thought I would put my twopenny worth in - I hesitate to say this (in case it now gives up the ghost) but bought a Miele washer/dryer about 7 years ago and all is well.... touch wood! Cost a fortune at the time but came with a five year guarantee and hopefully will continue to serve well.0

From an engineer's point of view, well let me put it this way, I've yet to find an engineer that will recommend a washer dryer.
We try to tell people that they are just trouble and a huge compromise. Seems a good idea in theory but generally isn't in practice. There's a piece I wrote on this subject to explain it here if you want more info.

Jamie,
Just looked online its a shame you dont have prices listed- for me as a potential buyer having to phone around is time consuming and therefore it often doesn't happen. Do you have any plans to put prices on the website?0
