I got four small pork steaks for Aldi for £ 1.50 but I am not quite sure what to do with it because we hardly eat pork in this house (except bacon and sausages).
I have got Louisiana creole chicken spices in the cupboard, which I thought I could use.
I was also thinking of maybe cubing the meat and cooking it in the slow cooker on Saturday in a sauce.
Either way I don't have a proper recipe. I would like to make two meals and bulk up the meat with veggies.
Any ideas? Thank youKeep calm and carry on0 -

I used pork to make special fried rice for dinner - v tasty. Just fry onions, mushrooms, pork, cooked rice and peas and use one egg per person, add the egg and mix in on the heat until cooked.0
