How to cancel O2 contract after 9 mnths?

no... i think it was free untill november 07... i didn't notice it untill december bill. that was stupid of me really, i should of checked the bill more carfully. i didn't receive the text either...

well, just read my contract and called them again. The guy said the text was sent and the letter. i told him i didn't receive either then he went off to check something and said wll the text has been sent, not the letter. oh dear, in my contract it says "written notice" to which he said text message counts as "written notice" and he can't accept my termination! i'm really p..ed off now. I haven't received it, and he basically said (not directly) that i was lieing that i haven't received a text!
there is no way i'm going with o2 again...
