I ran 10km in the BUPA Great Manchester Run yesterday in 50mins. Yes, I am proud of this!
That's my physical activity (so to speak) for a couple of days as I am playing football tomorrow! "I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"

You shouldn't be jealous, it's only the bike ( so to speak ). Took the stairs in the Galleries today instead of the lift, the road to immortal fitness begins with a small step...:eek:0
