I've had another look and I've found even more reductions since I posted this thread. I'm also monitoring the town where I work and I've found a load of reductions there, again around £5 to £10K off properties.

I've been looking every few days.
Tonight I've spotted some properties that have dropped 20% in asking price.
Just found a £25K drop on this:

Price drops are very common in the few weeks I've been looking.

i dont know how to use it ! i have added it onto firefox, and when i search rightmove it just gives me the same details as rightmove page!

I've just been looking at property in the rather more expensive Wotton Under Edge. One or two minor drops in asking prices. More expensive property there in general. It shall be interesting watching this. Maybe people there think that they're in a good area that will be "retain its value". Either that or take a lot longer to cotton onto what's happening.

I wish more properties had a distinct door number you could track down.
I love looking to see how long they've had it... and if it's been sold 4+ times in the last 5 years.

I'm really nosey ....
