I've had another look and I've found even more reductions since I posted this thread. I'm also monitoring the town where I work and I've found a load of reductions there, again around £5 to £10K off properties.Happy chappy0

Here in Dursley (few miles down the road from you) we have few 3 beds houses reduced by 45k after 270 days on the market, nice houses IMH, I am looking for a 3 bed but will only pull my wallet when we are around 150K:cool:
I knew a guy who lived there. Had some cottage he was doing up. Something like Sundial Cottage.
Isn't it funny how things you read on the internet make you randomly remember people you worked with years ago.0 -
I've been looking every few days.
Tonight I've spotted some properties that have dropped 20% in asking price.
Just found a £25K drop on this:

This one seems to be marketed by 12 different agents!

I've just been looking at property in the rather more expensive Wotton Under Edge. One or two minor drops in asking prices. More expensive property there in general. It shall be interesting watching this. Maybe people there think that they're in a good area that will be "retain its value". Either that or take a lot longer to cotton onto what's happening.Happy chappy0

I wish more properties had a distinct door number you could track down.
I love looking to see how long they've had it... and if it's been sold 4+ times in the last 5 years.
I'm really nosey ....0 -
