Email from pigsback
I'm afraid that not all the vouchers ordered after the 16th August have been posted yet. Apologies for any confusion the previous mail might have caused.
I'm really sorry for the delays in posting the vouchers. We are waiting for more stock to arrive and your Rewards will be sent to you as soon as we receive new stock delivery.
The vouchers have been removed until new stock arrives.
Please accept my apologies for the delay. Your patience in this matter is very much appreciated.0 -

I am left wondering if this was the real reason for the survey in the first place, so that they can target offers at me based upon who they perceive I am from my earnings. I do hate it when they assume they know everything about you based upon your postcode, job and income - it simply is not reliable, I have hardly anything in common socially with the lady I work with - despite having these so called 'qualifying factors' in common.:EasterBun

Glad you got a reply from them. They are absolutely appalling at replying to emails from my experience; my personal experience of these guys is very very poor.0 -
BNU wrote:Yes I got this, but it wouldn't let me all the way through. It asked me when I had last replaced my vacuum cleaner, and then how much it had cost me (in Euros for some reason), and then when I declined to answer how much our household income was (in Euros again!) it said thank you and goodbye!

'Fraid I don't answer these sort of things honestly as I find them very intrusive too....I just give the answers that I think they are looking for. The email address that I gave them is one I use just for these purposes. I did make it to the end of the surveyWhether the 300 points ever materialise is another matter
