The vouchers are only unavailable temporarily..... they are out of stock so have removed them until they get more in. They will be put back on when they have more vouchers

This is a much better idea - rather than leaving us waiting expectantly for something they can't currently reliably deliver.

I ordered my voucher at the end of july and it still hasn't arrived
I've emailed them about it, but have not yet had a reply. the points have been taken for it.

I'm in exactly the same boat with a voucher - ordered end July, no reply to email, never got the piggies I ordered though :mad:

Are they shortstaffed or just high-handed???

well, i had a reply from them, and basically they say my voucher was voided because the points i earnt was gained from offers rather then participation????

so if we click and earn points through the competitions, games and offers then they will invalidate when it comes to claiming a voucher.
has anyone else had this??
i have replied back saying i think it is all very misleading to offer us the points by this method and then not being able to use them.
i am looking forward to my reply and will post again when i get a reply.

If that's the case then they should state this in their terms and conditions, or in the ts&cs of the particular game / competition involved....I haven't looked, but I bet they don't
