I know its not your charity, but there are plenty of charities on the site that you can donate your points to. Might be better than CDs for what you are looking for.

I know what you are saying, but I don't trust Pigsback to pass on the money - do you?
If the vouchers haven't returned by Christmas everyone will be getting CDs & DVDs for Christmas this year & I will simply buy food for the charity with the money I have saved, or give it to the charity as cash so that they can claim back the giftaid!

hhhm yep I see what you mean, would be awful if they didnt give the money, Im not sure if they are that mean or not! My take is that they have probably just launched their big publicity campain in the Daily Mail and Metro before they were really prepared logistically. Seems that they were sailing along for years keeping to their word before that.

Has anyone else noticed that when they try to submit the daily crossword it takes them back to the login page? Perhaps it's just me who is the thicky and takes too long to complete it. BTW what is the point of having the timer going when you're doing the crossword?

BNU, have you emailed pigsback about your vouchers ? I was emailing Karolina and she was very helpful

I received 1 x £10 in July and then 2 x £10 this month so they do send out the vouchers.

If you mean you ordered them on the 28th of August then its only been 12 days, and although they say vouchers will be sent out within 14 days we all know there is a backlog so thats probably why.

I appreciate that once you've ordered them you want them, and I would like mine as soon as poss cos I want to use them at homebase to buy paint (very exciting) but at the end of the day I've not brought anything from them and apart from going to the site everyday and going to the odd website etc, so I don't really see that I have a right to get mardi about it after all I'm getting a £10 voucher for free regardless of how long it takes to arrive.
