Hi

Not sure if this has already been posted. I spoke to Telewest this morning and they said that by December they will be upgrading everyones broadband. I am on 512k so mine will be upgraded to 2mb at no extra cost!

2mb to 4mb
4mb to 10mb basically two steps up.

Just when I was considering cancelling and moving to another provider!

I received an email from them today telling me I'm getting upgraded from 2mb to 10mb!! :j :j :j :T :T :T

I phoned the other day aswell and it all seems that it might be coming

Well my area is not even mentioned yet so I guess I have a long while to go.

Even though they 2 sites in my area. A call centre (definitely faults - not sure about c/s) and a stores type department (must be something else as it has huge satellite dishes as well), we appear to be further down the list.

I shall just keep checking that page.
