I tried that, as well as well as negging the neutrals (how else get them removed?).

Given that I'm not a powerseller and just a mere mortal I doubt ebay will even answer my emails...

With your level of turnover you stars and feedback must be very poor to stop you being a powerseller. It is probably complaints and other niggles that have got you suspended due to the 'bottom 5% of sellers' rule.

If your stars are that low you need to work on what areas your buyers are unhappy with, and see if you can't get the feedback and stars up to a more normal level.

The communication one always gets me, some buyers don't like more than an email or two, and some prefer to have almost daily updates..you really can't please everyone all the time.

Once you get beloe 4 you are in danger of getting suspended on every 30 day cycle, so is there any way you can sell a few easy to post things that you can ship daily just to even out the stars?

I can't buy or sell anything anymore.

This is the catch 22 situation for anyone suspended for low feedback/stars.

Ebay seems intent of ridding itself of it's customers...

A few high profile powersellers getting suspended might change things.
