    I would love to string up those that think they have the right to steal someone's identity - as if having a car or a piece of jewellry wouldn't be bad enough, to have your personal details used is just hideous. Fingers crossed for a swift conclusion.

    thanks hypno i'm sure i will get to the bottom of it ...something similar happened a few months ago with my american express nothing was bought and it was them that contacted me to let me know some fraudulant actively was going on with my card ...but i got that sorted with no harm done ...this time it's hubby's name and i dont understand how it couldve happened

    now this just gets so arrrrgggghhhhh if i could do bigger writting or change colours (it ttok me three years to figure out that i didnt have to go start at the begining to get to dfw)believe me i would ...we went to the shop which is about 15 miles away or so we went in asked for information about the transaction didnt get any help so i phoned up their head office etc ...then hubby said we needed to go to sons to build his units and i could phone from there no point in wasting the day with just this ...so we went to sons i continued to phone ...hubby built the units and started telling son all about it ...after about half an hours son says ...thats strange i bought a cam corder from there that day ...hubby says what ...son goes yeah i think it was there ...it turns out son who was in the middle of moving at the time(wasnt entirely sure of his new address and didnt want anything sent to the one he was leaving)went to buy a cam -corder and camera for his business as he was in the middle of moving he gave the shop our address thinking if any paper work came through we could give him it...but then FORGOT to tell us what he had done ...so the first we knew about it was when the letter arrived today asking for £109 to insure against our new cam-corder

    i swear i nearly killed him with my tongue ....now that i have calmed down i can totally see why he did it but he shouldve said .....


    so i think i will need to go and lie down for an hour my nerves are strung to high heaven so is hubbys thats all we would need to have to deal with ...

    dont think ...jinky i'm surprised you didnt hear me all the way from birkensaw industrial estate to your bit...and that was just dealing with the shop lol ....
