Another hummous fan here
Getting a bit bored of it though - trying to think of different things to add, Sainsbury's Roasted Veg version is amazing!

have been a busy bee so not been on heres the hummous recipe from my friend andie if anyone wants it
Hummous (Andie syle)
Dried chick peas (two cups) soaked over night and cooked till soft
1 large onion
6-8 garlic cloves
lemon juice 200ml (100ml if fresh)
3 tble spoons tahini
3 tble spoons coriander
1tble spoon cumin
1tble spoon cayenne pepper
3-4 tble spoons jalapeno peppers
3-4 tble spoons red chilli
1 red pepper chopped
3-4 tble spoons soy sauce
1) roughly chop onions and carlic fry in olive oil till soft
2)place cooked chick peas in a large bowl add all ingredients then add garlic and onions
3) blend together till puree
4) refridge over night
now i have to warn you all this is very spicy but absolutely delicious it also makes on hell of alot i have had to freeze a good bit of it so you might want to half the ingrediaents ...but you will love it0 -
well i have been busy just usual things like work and keeping an eye on hubby but somehow been very busy doing it not been on here at all and wont be back on for a good few days as i have more meetings to go to tomorrow and friday then am working on saturday ..so i wont be able to go to the glasgow meet unless i manage to get away from work early (but i doubt it)0

it is miz it really is
well i got my wages through for job no2 today i had planned on putting them by to see how we are going but i have now been informed i have a 25th anniversary to go to and my nephews (he isnt really but i call him that) party to go to so have put half by and am going to use half for the two things...i'm not very happy about it to be honest but i know that £70 isnt enough to get by in the week as it is never mind adding more for parties...
i have had to put £20 in the car that went on to the visa as well so visa spends are sitting at £65 hmmmm not quite getting the hang of this am i ...will see how this month pans out then re-asses for next month i think0
