hubby has informed me that he has been feeling hot sharp pains in his fingers as well the dr seems to think it is nerve damage and has given him new tablets to try ...

everything is fine i was doing my last saturday shift on job no2 i can honestly say i am relieved it is finished have a night shift to do tonight so going out in 20 mins or so so thought i would come online for 5 mins or so

hubby is sore still feeling the burning pains in his fingers and legs but he seems a bit better today

hypno i am impressed my housework has ground to a screeching halt son is staying for a few days and i can honestly say there was no point in me doing it the other day the place looks like a midden ...oh the joys of having kids

i lifted £70 the other day for money to do us this week now i put £15 by for hubbys drink and i spent £3.80 today on food (really cut back i ususally spend £10) and paid £5 for hubbys prescription the other day but i can only see £19 left to do me the week i wonder what i have done with it ...i could kick myself as i left the money in my purse i shouldve put the money in the tub so that i was aware of spending another lesson learned for next week then ...there is always a positive side to look on isnt there

I know what you mean......my well planned budgeting is going sadly awry too. I sat down with Pania this morning and came out with all sorts of excuses!!!

Upshot is, that I just have to try harder!!! Easier said than done though!!

I know what you mean - I don't know where the money goes half the time - even with a spending diary! Though I do occasionally find a note when emptying pockets etc so that could be it!

Hope the night shift goes OK and you manage to have a break tomorrow. Take care.

i tell you i think it's the sun ...went into job no1 last night and landed up having to phone the police to deal with a domestic other than that though work went really well ...was given the allen carrs book on alcohol control from nearly there and am finding it hard to put down so got right into it last night to the detriment of work ...oooppsss....not to worry no one came to any harm i made sure i did check lol ...

also sat and wracked my brain about the money and i think i might have it when i picked hubby up from drs and we went to pick prescription up i spent a few quid in the fruit and veg shop ...hubby later on went back to the sop and bought all the stuff he needs to make spring rolls and then got himself some chicken breast for his dinner that all came to £10 or so then he had to pay his ju-jit-su fees for his grading £20 so atleast i have kinda traced it out ...doesnt help me get through till next friday with £19 however but atleast i have found out where it went to..and next week the tub will deff be back in play i didnt use it this week as i lifted the money on friday then went to the meeting got hubby from the dr's then went out to work so i didnt have the chance to deal with it ...so if this is going to be the situation every week i think i will need to change the day i life the money so that i can deal with it all..the car is on the quarter tank and i am working all week so i think the visa will have to be used to get me to work but will cut car journeys to a minimum

phoned the rambling club they are on the opposite week from what i need ...typical i spose ...but i they have one more meeting then break up till august so i am going to leave it till then hubby stops helping his friend in september anyway so maybe he might like to join me and we can do it together (cant blame a girl for trying)

anyhoo the plans for today are either go out in this lovely weather or do the verandah it's a job that i have to do once a year and takes me the full day (8 hours last year) i have to jet wash the thing and scrub it for the summer ahead gonna try and do it in 6 hours if i can
