HI EL, sorry not been around, but computer went caput. Got a new one 'gulp' as was necessary for work..then tried to get on line took ages as only realised it was a windows vista version which required different intsructions lol! So here i am having a test drive..hope you are ok? Bob x

well another load of night shifts done its great to get them out of the way i tell you ...i have did some studying however which is good and this week i have to get ready as i am away on my course on saturday ...i have signed up for the walk rich gonna take the perverbial bull by the horns and do something ....

i have been in touch with the uni that i am going to be going to and they offer a service for nutrition keep fit and goal achieving so i will be pestering them for advice for W.H.W and J.O.G.L.E

went out today for lunch with a friend she is off to nicaragua for 7 months on friday and i am soooo gonna miss her... so whilst i am so excited for her having this great adventure ahead of her and i really want her to go and experiance it all but i am gonna miss being able to pick up the phone and chat and meet up and bounch ideas off each other ...spose i will need to save it all up for when she get's home lol

thanks everyone for your good wishes i really appreciate them i'm sorry i blurted all my worries out to you but i am glad i did also ...where else can i go and not get judged eh ...

Sounds great to me EL and i think the walk around Edinburgh is a wonderful idea.

well looks like hubby's appointment has been cancelled due to his work not doing their side of the paper work

well we landed up brass necking it and going anyway ...i'm glad we went when we did as hubby was in agony we spoke to the people involved and eventually they squeezed him in so he got his scan....

he just has to wait till the 22nd for his results now hopefully that will give him an idea of what the situation is ...he went to the dr today and got another two week line he seems to accept it a bit better this time than last time

the business is slowly coming together i have now ordered the chairs needed they will arrive in early january so that is gonna be a good time to start the business i think ...i am treating a friend tomorrow for free as she is very stressed it will give me a chance to try it out ...i am only treating her as a one off though and will be telling her this if she wishes me to treat her again i will give her a discount ....i have no doubt tomorrow she will say that's fantastic but when i tell her that she will have to pay again i think she will forget how fantastic it was lol ....

work has been hectic this week even though i havnt done much overtime (only 5 hours) i have been busy with so many other things

hope everyone is ok ...probably wont be on much next week as i am in aviemore for this course looking forward to it i can tell you
