well its fantastic and frustrating news at the same time
hubby has no permanant damage done no slipped discs nothing out of the ordinary which is fantastic but the frustrating thing is the dr doesnt know what is wrong with him hubby falls in the catagory along with 70% of people that have back problems but no reason for them ...
his advice diet and excercise so hubby is currently having a look at his life style and is in total agreement that something needs to be done so watch this space for future developments0 -

yeah it is great news to be honest though frustrating at the same time ...funnily enough skint pilates is on the list of things to try for hubby ...hopefully it will give him some strength in his back0 -

i have another part to go to in october round about the 10th or so and inbetween i have to read one book and do a minimum of three hypnosis sessions i have done one already with hubby for relaxation and am planning on doing another relaxation one with him and the bring in pain management at the same time ...then i am thinking stress management for him but i need to practise on others as well
i am excited about wednesday and nervous but that is to be expected when you are trying something new ...will let you know how that goes0 -
just noticed i hadnt paid my amex card this month damb ...so have transferred money now to pay it for the month hope i dont get landed with charges ...mustve slipped my mind with me going away will need to keep on top of that
i think i will need to keep on top of my finances again anyway as things have been drasticaly slipping i got the buy now pay in 15 months time credit card and have went to the max and have i put the money in to stooze NO i could kick myself sometimes ...i was careful about most of the time and only bought things for the business or our break away that we went on but then i did buy the t.v for the bedroom for hubby well he bought as he really wanted it but all other spends on the card have been for the business mainly ...i'm making excuses here i really am i need my butt kicked into touch will sit down and do a honest to goodness debt find tonight not looking forward to the results but i think i need to take my head outa the sand0
