By the way, I just checked my www.Nonoh.net account history and I was charged €0.30 for a 15 minute call to Ryanair.
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning
  • I had the same problem of status "Pending" after having tried to pay with a debit card (first) and with a credit card later.
I think we can solve the problem going to "MANAGE YOUR BOOKING ...". After introducing the Confirmation Number insert the Number of the first used card (debit card,in my own case), click View My Booking, and Continue.
You should see an error message and a request to start over.
    Would that solve your problem.:j

Now I interpretted the error message as a request to start over on the loggin in to "manage your booking" not to re-book!

Finally I got to speak to someone on the UK number.

Ryanair say my card has been declined twice by them and i have not been charged and need to re book using a credit card so £6 charge there!

They say they accept Maestro debit cards and it must be a problem with my bank (who ive spoken to and they say problems with ryan air!)

So at least i know will re book tonight, they better not charge me twice!
    thanks for replies/advice:D

    Just to update all.
I tried to call their Ireland number but could not get through (constantly engaged) so checked my CC & no transaction from them so assumed booking canceled. I did the same booking again but this time used my Maestro debit card & got immediate confirmation :).

It's worth trying to delete cookies/temp Internet files from your browser. I know it sound silly but i had similar problem (not with Ryanair) & by doing above i managed to complete the on-line transaction. Let us know if above does not help!
