10 anzacs for lunch seems pretty restrained to me Angel
Lamingtons are little square cakes, dipped in chocolate icing and then desiccated coconut. They are an Australian speciality apparently but, according to a little book I have called Favourite Shakespeare Country Recipes Leamingtons (as in Leamington Spa) are 'flat sponge cake topped with chocolate icing and coconut cut into squares and is a Warwickshire recipe'. What do you say to that eh Aussie ?0
