10 anzacs for lunch seems pretty restrained to me Angel :D

Lamingtons are little square cakes, dipped in chocolate icing and then desiccated coconut. They are an Australian speciality apparently but, according to a little book I have called Favourite Shakespeare Country Recipes Leamingtons (as in Leamington Spa) are 'flat sponge cake topped with chocolate icing and coconut cut into squares and is a Warwickshire recipe'. What do you say to that eh Aussie ? :p:D
