Great news Johanne, hope everything goes smoothly. Hugest hugs:beer:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Thats great news Johanne, hope everything goes quickly and smoothly.
WM and TD on, hall looking alot clearer with all the washing in piles. Big blue bin of clothes folded and put away.
Next i think will be the bathroom, it needs a big declutter and tiles really need scrubed and walls demoulded.
Back later.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Good luck Johanne! Hope it all goes well. Will be thinking of you tonight. I spent the time filing my nails after I was told I was to be induced the next day (I had been in hospital for 2 weeks allready) just to keep me busy. Now don't go running round mad doing stuff you have to conserve your enegry.
Michelle ignore the silly midwife, I am sure it will all go fine. You sound like you know whta to do to help yourself, so relax and trust your instincts.
G&B Congrats to your DD!!!! :j
Took DS1 to the GP, he has Molluscum contagiosum. A viral skin thing. Phew! All sorts were going through my head about my poor baby boy!
I've been really grumpy this morning because DH is being lazy and not doing anything while expecting me to do the stuff I normally do when he is not here. So he gets a day off but I don't eh?
Need to go to pay DH parking fine soon and get his points on his license. he is not amused as we have to go to Kilmarnock to pay it!
I need to make phone cals first.0 -
Cat just passed away. There was a growth and the vets said it would be kinder to have her put to sleep. She was 18.Always another chapter0

Hev hugs for you. Loosing a pet is so tough, you know you have done the right thing and that she has had a wonderful, long and happy life with you xxThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Back again :j
just done what i said i would in the last post i did. Feeling really Achey. DS still asleep, but don't know for how much longer, so i will put my feet up now for a bit in anticipation of that event.
dare i confess, it was me who was archiving the flylady thread - haven't done anything for about a year though - lost track of where the thread ended up too, although that is a feeble excuse. It was when i was SAT marking, and then going back to work. I did do several months worth though. I might find that out again and try and get it up to date bb.
Right, achieved today:- WM - 1 load of DS darks, 1 load of mine, all airers emptied so that both loads got hung up
- ironed 35 items from the pile - so it is now only stuff that is from emptying the airer today :j although it is mostly tiny DS and baby things.
- finished packing Ds's bag to package him off when i have the baby. Just need a seperate carrier with nappies and wipes, plus drinking cups, and he will be sorted.
- written a cheque for ground rent payment that is due - need to get that posted later - will take a short walk with DS if the rain stops, or make DH do it if not
- updated spending diary from yesterday
- put away last nights washing up
- WM now on with last load of 0-3 clothes - i can't really be any more prepared i don't think, although you never know - i may have forgotten something

hev my condolences to you. That was a ripe old age for a cat, but still must be very painful to you.
johanne excellent news - just added a few more bits to mine. It's daft things like nappy bags (also useful for putting in stained baby clothes when nappies leak) that i was remembering. Also found a anti-bacterial handwash gel and a spray thing that i took last time. And the changing mat from my nappy change bag - that was brill as i could change DS without the worry of poo on my bed. Didn't stop if we had a wee mid-nappy change though. I am so excited for you. Try to get a kip this afternoon if you can, as you will probably get no sleep tonight. In some ways i am envious - at least you know the exact endpoint - it is so bad waiting.
Right, off for that proper sit down
Michelle, x0 -
Hev - huge, huge hugs, so sad but hope in time you find some peace knowing she had a lovely long life and sounds like you and your OH cared about her greatly xxxLightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!
Baby on board!:D0
