Will have baby before OH starts his new job!! And everything is healthy with her so far... her hearbeat was fantastic, still got plenty of water and she was an active little wriggler through the scan!

Got to see her and shes a shy little thing though wiggling her little fingers across her face. Weird knowing i'll actually have her in my arms in the next 24/48 hours!

Off to make sure have everything in my hospital bag...

    Afternoon all !
Had plans to go into town this morning as its market day. Got up to lovely sunshine and then the heavens opened. So, that put paid to that. Nothing particular I wanted that OH can't get anyway but just fancied a walk around town.Oh well, there's always another day for that.
So, thought I'd start clearing the spare room a bit............thankless task as its full of stuff for gift baskets (having very money saving pressie buying this year)............had to scratch my head and think what was for who, sorted it (I think) and at least now I can get to the wardrobe that houses my overspill of coats and shoes etc. Course if I declutter the wardrobe in my bedroom I could store the gift basket stuff inside spare room wardrobe and actually see the spare bed !!!
But thats another day...........can't face bin bags and old jumpers today, not now. So, having a little bit of 'me' time before I clear the 'hot spot' thats supposed to be our nice scrubbed top pine table -if I could see it !

Have a good day and hugs (((((((((((((((((:o )))))))))))) to all who need them
    Mary

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Been out all morning, am poopered so just having a cuppa. Thrown so more money at Clarkes:rolleyes: but have got DS THE cutest summery shoes. Got some fab bargins in Boots.

DS has totally changed these last few days, his behaviour has been fabulous, he's been so good all morning, including having to wait 30 minutes in the shoe shop, I'm loving this paddy-free version of him thats coming out.:T Weather is totally pants here today so think this afternoon we'll do some painting and get him to 'help' with the dusting.

So feeling much better about things at the minute, right FOOD!

Hev.. you must be devastated.. huge huge hugs to you and I am sure it was the right decision for your poor puss.. at least you love her enough to let her go when she was in pain. I spent 3 days crying when our bunny died.

Johanne.. Go to bed AND SLEEP!!!!!!!!!! honestly.. this time tomorrow you'll be exhausted if you don't.. I hope all goes well.. love to you and OH and Aunty Nicki!! .. and stuff yourself with food before you go in!!!!Some primitive hospitals advise you not to eat during labour.. and more often than not you don't want to anyway.. this causes low blood sugar after a while and the contractions stop.. glucose tablets help.. and are suckable.. I ate a whole packet of nice biscuits in labour with DD5

Some !!!!!! has scoffed my pie!!!!!!!! I am LIVID.. bet it was DS1.. greedy pig!! *roar roar roar*

Lunch done, floor moped. Off to hoover living room next.

It is pouring here now - managed to get washing in - still wet through and now on the maiden.

Must test the smoke alarm batteries as the fireman is coming tomorrow - not told DH so he will come home to find a fireman in the house.
