    Evening everyone.

Not long been in from work. Done enough flying there today to last me a week lol. Took one of the clients for a two mile walk this afternoon as it was so nice.

Will do a wee bit of flying before bed.

Mudbath So sorry to read about your thumb. Sending you gentle Reiki healing and for anyone else who needs it.

Hugs to everyone and specially those in need.

SSL, I'm also in Scotland. And it's funny you asked. After decideing not to bother.. we are sitting waiting to call the seller (it was her mothers house) to offer a straight out 95k and see what she says. She would go for it, but the brother is a bit greedy me thinks. If nothing else we will put in an offer of 95k to the estate agent and see whats what.

    as pigpen says, le-puff-le-panic!

le puff-le panic indeed!! Its offers over #120k (argh!!!! the s*dding pound sign has disappeared, BF was watching football on the asian channels again!!), I'm thinking of offering #139k. I hope to sell mine for #150-155k. It just needs sooooo much doing. DD is not impressed. Well, not until I told her I'd be sticking a huge extension on and she'd get a big bedroom :rotfl: Oh the plans running through my head.....

Yeah! Bathroom tomorrow! :D I'm not going to clean too much in the bathroom, not if the ceiling has to come down. Heard nothing from the landlord today, so not sure what is happening. I will ring him tomorrow.
I'll prob just give the loo a quick scrub.

    Okay list for tomorrow.

Going to have to put my hand up first and state that the study will not be touched - its full of packed boxes, stuff to go to charity and bits of furniture that we are trying to decide whether or not to keep - so there is no way the floor will be seen in this room for a while.

So tomorrow will look like -
    Killer Kitchen - Monday
    Level Two
    Sweep and Mop the floor
[strike]Clean the gacky filters and drawers from DW's, WM's etc[/strike]

    bathrooms - Tuesday
    Level One
    [strike]
Clear the clutter from all these rooms!!
wash any curtains/blinds/mats etc that need doing
    [/strike]
    Level Two
    [strike]
    Vacuum the floors
Clean bath, toilets, shower and sinks
    Wipe down the tiles .
    [/strike]
    Level Three
    [strike]
declutter and dust the pc desk
Wipe away cup rings and sticky things
    [/strike]
[strike]wipe the keyboard, mouse, cables and sockets and suchlike.
    [/strike]

    Clean the windows.
    Extras

    • HHI..
    • Clear a hotspot
    • Wipe cupboards and polish mirrors!
    • 15 minutes filing!
    My bits -
    [STRIKE]
    WM
    DW
Hang out washing before going to work (weather meant to be good tomorrow)
    evening meal
    lunches
    [/STRIKE]
take DD2 to get her fringe cut
start looking out clothes for wedding at weekend
start looking out tools/paint brushes etc to take to new house for sunday

Okay thats me going to make a start on the bathroom but first need to check out garden furniture at wilkos, hadnt wanted to look incase the vouchers didnt come through.
Hope everyone has a good Tuesday, will catch up tomorrow night.

Good luck not sure how the market is with you but in Dunfermline it has definetly slowed down. We were very lucky that the type of property we were selling tends to attract the looking to retire soon couples so had a fair bit of interest.

Will be keeping my fingers crossed for your offer and also for tia.

No slow down here. The bungalow only went on the market a week ago! Also, another house in the street that I couldnt afford, sold quickly.

We are panicking about petrol tho....well I'm not, I dont have a car, but the queues outside Sainsburys at Straiton were ridiculous.
