We are panicking about petrol tho....well I'm not, I dont have a car, but the queues outside Sainsburys at Straiton were ridiculous.

with you there we have a wedding in Aberdeen at the weekend and have just been decideing when we should fill the car up, did fill it at the weekend but I do over 35 miles a day, thinking I might go and queue up on wed morning, athough not sure what petrol will be available at the start of next week - good excuse not to go to work ;)

Have we had this conversation before and i'm losing my mind? My inlaws are in tullibody.

Thanks boddy for the distant healing. I did the course last week and was doubtful as on the actual day I didn't feel i'd achieved anything. Since then i've worked through the work book each day and the self healing bit is really relaxing.

I've got capitals back as i've done my exercises. This morning I couldn't bend my hand down at all now it's going to 45% so only another 45% to go. Yeahhhhh! xx
